Dreamweaver Template Uploader

This tool is designed to allow collaboration between a Farcry developer mostly versed in CF and a Dreamweaver Designer/Developer mostly versed in design. Using this tool a developer can "tag" snippets of code that target editable regions in the template. A designer can use DW's template tools to specify editable regions that should be replaced by the dynamic code.
