Creating an HTML page

To create a HTML page a Creating a Navigation page page must be created first.

Click on the site tab.

Using the site tree (on the left side of the screen) right click on the navigation page that this HTML page is to come under, select create and from the drop down menu select HTML page.

The HTML build wizard step 1 - Start should now display.

Enter the page name in the title field

In the keywords field enter works that are associcated with the page.

Select the content owner from the drop down menu

Select the type of display page that is required from the display method field drop down.

Once all fields have been completed, click on next

The HTML build wizard step 2 - Body should now display.

Enter the body text for this page including the formatting required.

To upload images click on add images. Once the images have been uploaded they will be listed in the images box. Highlight the image and insert into the body a the point required. Repeat for all required images

To upload files click on add files. Once the files has been uploaded they will listed in the files box. Select the required file and insert into the text at the point required. Repeat for all required files.

Enter text in the teaser text area. This will appear in other parts of the website as a teaser for this page.

Once all fields have been completed, click next.

The HTML build wizard step 3 - Related should now display.

Select any items that need to be related to this page.

Once complete, click next.

The HTML build wizard step 4 - Categories should now display.

Check the boxes that relate to the categories this page belongs to.

Once complete, click save.

This HTML page has now been created.
