(code included) Enhance ruleGoogleMap and displayMap template

Description

I have added additional functionality that:

  • Adds the option to specify a displayMethod for the googleMap rule

  • Changes the displayMap webskin to calculate the map's extent based upon the locations added to the map (previously it was just setting the extent of the map to be that of the first marker)
