Add a boolean option to disable showing the parent category item in category selection tree

Description

Add a boolean option (ftbShowParentItem?) to disable showing the parent category item in category selection tree.

Useful when using ftAlias to show specific items. Currently when using ftAlias to show a list of items the users get confused because there is the option to select the parent item as well (especially confusion when using ftrendertype="dropdown" to show a dropdown of the options and the parent title is one of the options (undesired and often confusing to users)).

Yap, it only hide the top root node only.

But why not call it ftHideParentNode? Or does it actually just hide the root node only? If I find this confusing, others may as well.
