OpenBD compability: odd icon

Description

When creating navigation elements in the site tree - on a virgin installation - I get an arrow on the navigation element icons, I am not sure what this means, and I don't get that when I do the same operation under CFMX8.

windows/tomcat/openbd + mssql2005

OpenBD compatibility appears to have some fundamental problems within the framework – you can't get a running build. We'll need to schedule a separate project to address OpenBD in general.
