XML Publishing Rule doesn't work with anything but RSS 1.0 format
Description
Using the Mollio template, log in as an admin and browse to the homepage. Go to design view, and select a container to edit. In the 'configure rules' tab, add 'Utility: XML Publishing Rule' to the active rules. In the 'container content' tab, set up a feed. Here's an example of an XML feed location "http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_topstories.rss" (top stories from cnn.com). Click update an you'll see that the feed, although valid, will not display.
The standard rule only supports RSS 1.0. There is a planned development to upgrade all inbound/outbound XML in a farcrywebfeed plugin. However, the ETA for this plugin it not known at this time.
