Adding link as associated content to html page: display as furl option should not be available
Description
This issue occurs when you add a draft link object with no furl to an html page as associated content. When you add the link to the body text using the Related Object Content Templates button in the Tiny MCE Editor you are given a choice of adding the link as a default link or as a friendly URL link. Usually the furl is not created until the link is approved so it cannot be used on the page at this point. When the link is subsequently approved along with the parent html page its furl will be created, but this of course does not change the page html in the body text. It would be better if the option to add the link as a furl was not available unless this furl exists. That would then remind people to create the furl before adding the link to the page.
