Moving Rules in Containers errors on second attempt

Description

Clicking move up / move down / delete fails after already performing one of the container operations.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'add' of undefined

On the second move, the order is a GET not a POST and ends up in the URL, i.e.

/container/3F672F10-E135-11E3-BF36000000000000/displayContainer/rule_index/3/rule_action/moveup/rule_id/99D44C00-B25C-11E4-9C5A02DDE4664679/originalID/3F672F10-E135-11E3-BF36000000000000/ajaxmode/1
