Ability to permanently remove the system generated frienly URL

Previously a user could add and delete alternate friendly urls, but not the system FU.
Now it is possible to archive, then delete any non-default friendly url (including the system generated one). In situations where the system generated url would normally have been regenerated (e.g. draft -> approved), it will now skip that if there is custom default already set up.
