Last changes to "longchar.cfc" does break the functionality of the "image.cfc"

Description

The last changes to the „longchar.cfc" (committed 11510 - by Frank Brea ) does break the functionality of the "image.cfc".

Error description:
------------------------
Trying to add text to the field "Alternative Text" for a new image to upload, results in an error message "Please enter a value between 0 and 0 characters long. "

I've attached a screenshot as JPG file !

Environment

FarCry 6.0.8 - Debian-Linux LENNY 5.0 - MySQL 5.0.51a-24 - ColdFusion 8 (Multiserver Install)
