Image library edit - thumbnails won't create if replaced.
Description
While editing the thumbnail image in the Image Library, there is an option for "Replace" (next to "Delete"). If I want to replace the current thumbnail I upload a different photo. At this point it won't resize and create the thumbnail but just uploads the original photo as a thumbnail.

Windows 2003, CF 8, MS SQL 2005, IIS 6, FC 6 (P600)

This issue was resolved as part of the https://farcry.jira.com/browse/FC-2402#icft=FC-2402 revision of the image formtool. The new UI should make it very clear what will happen to the image field on save.
