Objectadmin/pagination bug in overview screens

pagination on overview screens has strange behavuour if you do not save/cancel from an edit screen
step 1: log in to webtop
step 2: edit a type, news, events etc
step 3: do not make any changes, do not save, do not cancel; click browser's BACK button
step 4: you should now be back at the overview grid. Click the forward arrow in the pagination
~ instead of going to page 2 in the pagination you will now be returned to the edit pagel. This also occurs if you press page 2 in the pagination

Problem has to do with pagination being a form post and the edit drop down being selected in the objectadmin. The objectid to be edited is posted and instead of going to page 2 of the pagination we go back to the edit page.
